Certificate in Learning Design

The Certificate in Learning Design is targeted toward professionals who are responsible for creating training and development experiences in organizations. There is a growing demand for immediate and impactful learning design in the workplace. The learning includes the application of adult learning theory and practical approaches to designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating experiences. The Certificate consists of two required foundational courses and two electives and is expected to take up to two semesters to complete.
