This course will build on your ability to develop a theoretical framework of monitoring and evaluation. In this portion of the program, you will start operationalizing the theoretical framework into a measurable one. You will learn how to move from constructs to variables, how to build reliable and valid measures, and which qualitative and quantitative methodologies and designs are available to you. The course also will include discussion of case studies from various sectors/industries.
Please note that Introduction to Monitoring and Evaluation is a prerequisite for this course.

This is an instructor-led virtual course which includes both synchronous-live sessions and asynchronous weekly modules. Students are required to attend at least 80% of the synchronous sessions in order to successfully complete the course.
