Through corporate finance case studies, students will see first-hand how to advance capital budgeting, structure, and financial policy. They will learn about debt and equity, dividend policy, taxation issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Students will also gain a deeper understanding of sound decision-making and practices as they relate to corporations.
