Chatham Financial Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment

In partnership with Chatham Financial, the Schack Institute of Real Estate is offering the Chatham Financial Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment. This certificate will provide a foundational understanding of real estate investment principles and techniques, as well as a broad overview of types of investible real estate and markets. Students who complete this certificate will gain an understanding of investment decision-making, deal analysis, and real estate investment markets. This certificate consists of two required courses and four electives within three years.
