Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment (online and in-person)

Participants in this certificate program learn the specialized skills to analyze an investment property and make informed real estate investment decisions. Whether changing careers or currently active in the industry, this professional certificate program provides the methods to analyze, structure, and finance commercial real estate deals.

This certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete either Option 1 or Option 2. Note: With prior approval, this certificate may be completed through a combination of online courses and Intensives.

Option 1: Seven courses

• In-person, five- to eight-week courses, evening and weekend options
• Online, six- to eight-week courses, self-paced, asynchronous
• Fast-track your certificate with six-week online courses offered back-to-back each semester

Option 2: Three one-week intensives

• In-person in New York City, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4.30 p.m.
