Inclusive Team Leadership: Coa

This course explores strategies and tactics by which students can promote the cultivation of inclusive environments within organizational teams. The content centers on introductions to and practical applications of leadership theory related to inclusion and group coaching. Through pre-work activities and in-class discussions and presentations, students discover actions leaders can take to foster inclusion and belonging within and among their workgroups.Registering at least three weeks prior to the course start date is highly recommended.
