Certificate in Buildings and Construction

Offered by the Schack Institute of Real Estate, the Certificate in Buildings and Construction will give students an understanding of the current technologies and methods in building construction, systems, and technologies used to manage and maintain built structures. Students also gain an overview of the management of construction processes, which helps to prepare them for careers in the field. This certificate is awarded to those who successfully complete the two required courses and four electives within three years.
